I filed a notice of disagreement on the effective date for my A&A pension. They dated it for my appeal date not filing date. Also I hassling to get reimbursed due to income change. My VA pension is a max figure. Every penny over is deducted right away. Now my income was cut due to my medicare premum and I have t wait 8 months while they wade thru my file. If it was an increase the agency would repot it and it would be decucted ASAP!
Such hassles for simple things. If you could just see someone it would be resolved in minutes!
